Welcome to a collection of artworks by Kalamunda Senior High School students from year 11 and 12. The work was made for the new course of study, Visual Arts stage 1C.
The brief was simple. "Produce contemporary artworks on contemporary subjects using contemporary artists as inspiration". Inspiring artists included Wilhelm Snasnal, Wangechi Mutu, David Shrigley, John Eden, Luc Tuymans, Amanda Marburg and many other artists chosen by the students.
As is the contemporary way the students art is presented to you not in a gallery, but online.
